Terms and conditions for all Airport Transfers
and Golf Shuttles.

The person named in the booking form shall be deemed the representative of the party.

Any changes to destination or collection addresses MUST be made in writing via email to MBA (MBA Travel) at least 48 hours prior to travel.

All MBA vehicles are fully insured for passenger and third party claims, however, passengers property is carried entirely at their own risk and no responsibility can be accepted for loss and damage. Passengers are advised to check their own travel insurance.

MBA reserve the right to refuse to transport any persons thought to be under the influence of drugs or alcohol or any person acting in a manner considered to pose a threat to the driver or passengers.

Smoking is strictly forbidden on MBA vehicles. Consumption of food and drink during transfers are to the discretion of the MBA driver.

Baby/child seats are recommended to be fitted by parents; drivers are not responsible for fitting equipment. MBA drivers may refuse to carry babies or children without appropriate seats.

MBA trough its ‘wheelchair friendly’ service may transport disabled passengers, but must be informed in detail of passengers necessities, prior to booking, in order to confirm correct assistance.

MBA endeavour to transport all patrons swiftly and safely.

MBA will not be held responsible for any circumstances beyond our control that may prevent our strict timetables from being adhered to.
For example – Road accidents, severe weather, police requests, traffic delays, any circumstances affecting our client’s safety.
