LAGOS
The history of Lagos has always been connected to the sea and its activities. This area was the meeting point for international routes, where people and cultures of the most diverse origins crossed. This is also where Infante D. Henrique used to prepare his vessels, which opened the way to the great Discoveries and made Lagos an open window to the world. Nowadays, the city still maintains it’s cosmopolitan atmosphere and the same harmony with the sea, facing the modern challenges yet at the same respecting it’s history..
